If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement.
To ensure quick assistance, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share a clear unboxing video showing the issue — this helps us verify the problem and speed up the resolution.

2. Unused Products (Other Reasons for Exchange)

If you wish to request an exchange for reasons other than damage or defect, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

In such cases, both-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  3. Prepare the Product:
    For non-damage exchanges, ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If the issue is on our end (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return shipping.
    • For all other reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
  5. Replacement Shipment:
    Once the returned item is received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement product.
    Replacements depend on stock availability.

Refund Policy

Rabetto does not offer monetary refunds.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and provide exchanges for all eligible return requests based on the guidelines mentioned above.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that orders may need to be cancelled occasionally.
You may request a cancellation through our customer support team as soon as possible.

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled without charges.
  • After Dispatch:
    Cancellation is still possible, but one-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
    The shipping charge depends on your delivery location.

Once approved, refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch only) will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
