Return Policy
This Return Policy governs the terms under which customers may initiate the return of products purchased from our platform. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined herein.
1. Return Eligibility Period
Products are eligible for return within 7–10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
A return will be accepted only if the product meets all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
All original packaging, labels, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact.
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
The product passes our internal quality and verification checks.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
For regulatory, hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, returns will not be accepted for the following:
Products showing any signs of wear, physical damage, or alterations.
Items with missing packaging, broken seals, or absent components.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products.
Digital goods, downloadable items, or activated software.
Clearance, discounted, or final-sale products.
Hygiene-sensitive products including personal care items (where applicable).
Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per the order placed, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Notification must include photographic or video evidence. Upon verification:
A replacement will be issued, subject to stock availability, or
The product will be accepted for return under an expedited process.
5. Return Shipping and Logistics
In the event of a confirmed error on our part, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for the return logistics and associated charges.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
6. Return Procedure
The customer must follow the below process for a valid return:
Submit a return request through our designated support channel.
Await confirmation and a Return Authorization (RA).
Pack the product securely and hand it over as per the instructions provided.
Upon receipt, the product will undergo quality inspection.
A final decision regarding acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the customer.
